I mean, all of them make the critical mistake of assuming everyone is the same. So stop treating yourself like a clone. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to look around and realize that we’re all pretty different. It makes sense, then, that any nutritional program should be tailored to your individual needs. We weren’t mass-produced like cars on an assembly line. Your body is different than mine. They need different things, at different times.
